You'll need:
2 Coupling Nuts
2 Jam Nuts
2 Grade 8 Hex Bolts
How it's done:
Ok, it had been about a month since the 4.5" lift and no sway bars connected,
so I went down to the hardware store:
All I did, was get a coupler, spin it down on the end of the sway bar.
Then I got a 3" long bolt (this was for my 4.5" lift, so adjust your measurments
for smaller and larger lifts) and put the bushings and the bar on top side, tightened
it all down with a nut on the bottom, then inserted the threaded part of the bolt
into the coupler, and tightened it all down. [See Pictures Below]
As for the size of the nuts and bolts, it's 10MM with a standard pitch (1.5).

UPDATE:
After a couple months of wrenching these on and off, and drewling over the people with
real quick easy JKS quick disconnects, I finnaly got a set. They are worth it in the long run if
you wheel a lot.
